The company follow a strong ethics of giving the opportunity to grow.

The sallary increament is not up to the standard, and there is a lot difference in the payout of employees working at the same level. They do not provide reimbursement for the expense that employee made from their end.

NO growth opportunities. NO to minimum hike or appraisal in salary (max is 5% if you are an exceptional performer). Too much politics. Middle and Upper management only gives growth opportunities to those who are their favorite employees. NO work life balance as you can be asked to extend your shift or work on your WO anytime and you can't say no. OT is not an option but an mandatory requirement and OT amount is quite less (Rs. 100-200/per hour) based on process. NO Learning There is Teleperformance focus on their own training program which is how to have happy customers or employees, but none of these learning programs are useful as it has no real scenario handling or skills.
