It's good that I have my JOB, as I am working from home. indeed I have learnt so much from the company. Support in COVID -19, negligible support given, 22nd March lockdown started in Indore, next day I was off the payroll, that was informed in May. I got on the payroll when I could arrange a laptop to work in that lockdown period. Ifelt like I am a daily earner if I will work I will get paid for the day if did not work, no payout. No clear communication. No BCP plan, no backup, no proactive approach. They fired few, but yes when it came for re-hire, all went in for "jack", less skilled. The ones supported the company were not prioritized. It was like favouritism. It's sad to learn that the given support does not count. Words do not matter of anybody, things have to be documented, at times they even deny it might be someone else's voice over the call. Wish the information and action could have been proactive as the company have been teaching from ages. Good 10 hrs to be invested, it is well said the company, TLs and above have a fixed time to come in but not to leave the premises.
