Easy to get hired as HR just wants to shows and not quality. Transport team can go into your personal profiles to update incorrect addresses for cabs and will ask for documents to update the correct address which was initially shared with them

Salary delays Disrespectful behavior Lack of planning Abuses are generally heard on the floor Facilities are not managed and there no upkeep Managers have no regard for personal life of employees and force to work on week offs and leaves. I worked here for entire two years but what i got in return was humiliation when i asked then to leave me 8 days early from my last days after serving 20 days of notice. HR team is the worst of all I kept sending them email enquiring about the status of my FNF and other documents but they are just ignoring even there was an HR who was promoted from my team is so ignorant that she’s not even replying to any communication. This organisation is just women centric and to be exact beautiful women centric. I have been through this for 2 years without any documentation without and serious escalation now all they do is ignore me. the environment is going worse by day by day. after covid many changes in management and now job security is NIL. after covid time company start deducting the benefits which we are getting paid since joining time. in the current time in our department, the higher level is hiring employees in base on their personal relations and benefits.
