It's a good opportunity for freshers in Teleperformance. CTC salary is also good here. If we work here as a fresher, we will learn most about communication skills how to emprove it. We can learn here how to interact to peoples and how to give services them. Work environment is pretty as well.

... Some of policies of organisation make you irritate like holiday policy as well. CTC salary is only for showing good that's not too good when you get in hand. If you were hired for operation you can't manage your time. You will have to give your full strength to complete login of 8 hours🤔. Then you can get your salary good.

Admin is good. Cleanliness is there. Lot of comfort is there which anyone would like to have in work place.

...s rudely talking with customers but they are there because they are doing sales. The process is that you'll get your in hand salary for the general services you provide & will get incentives if you do sales. TL & AM will repeatedly asks for sales & these things burn out your mind. Sales pressure is so much that you can't bear more than 10-15 days on floor. All this gives a feel that RBL Bank is just trying to make money. Customers roam from pillar to post for information of their card but they don't get proper information. I think all the processes like RBL work like this which ultimately tells the truth of Teleperformance. So I found myself different from job profile & hence I left. My mind was so burn out that I couldn't serve notice period. I didn't want to work for even a single day.

In Teleperformance there is career growth is very slow and some process where salary package is very low and a candidate belongs to other states have problems to survive.
