I would not suggest working there, the hiring process is liking you are getting into big mnc but the salary they will offer is worse than grade 4 job, work culture is toxic and managers there doesn’t care about the employees at all

In Concentrix, you can continuously work and your Job is secured. Appraisal is according to your performance in teams and after 9 month's you would be eligible for it

Dislikes

you will not get extra salary, as there is some certain conditions to be eligible for incentives and Overtime. There is limit of overtime that is disadvantage.

They basically just want labours to work for 10hrs shift and when talk about salary 200-300 bucks per year is all got worst company ever. Would never suggest any1 to join

If you are looking for a job that provides you job security this company is the best. This happens very few times when someone is thrown out of the company. Also the work culture is perfect. No restriction on leaves. If you are only looking for comfort level , join this company.

Dislikes

Salary is very less compared to other BPOs. Growth is less. Management have biased nature. Only those people are preferred who flatter with the boss. Promotion is very less. They manager every work on temp people. Like when required they will promote someone as temp SME and when work is done they will throw you back.

One of the best BPO's. Especially for starters. Provided free salary for more than 3 months in lockdown. Usee to call every week ti make sure we are well and safe.

Long shifts and work pressure in NA and UK chat procees.
