...y can ask you to leave anytime even if it's not your fault, management is worst. Salary is on time that is the only good thing. They will ask you to leave if you are getting Dsats which is process driven. Their tools are also not working. Since I came here I saw many people leaving because they asked them to leave.

Teleperformance is an excellent place to learn on real time basis. Fantastic work culture and work life balance. Best place to enhance growth and knowledge. Fast paced work but highly efficient and helpful colleagues.

Teleperformance is a very big and good company but there salary packages are little as per corporate culture . If i will talk about increment part, They are lacking on the same. They should improve there salary and increment plan

I was working in domestic process of Teleperformance.It was day shift. Both side shuttle were there.It was sales process,so little bit pressure was also there.I improved my communication skills there. 90% clients were english speaker. So english communication improved.. Shift timings was good and fixed (9-6)because it was sales profile. One day off. TL's were co-operative, especially Ishan sir. He was awesome TL and he was my TL.So much co-operative but it doesn't mean every TL's will be good in every processes.

...ormance domestic processes are not good as compared to international process 3.Salary should be more in domestic process.

The environment is good and the work load is quite relaxed and competitive

Cultural activities were not there , low pay, Management , Inflexible working hours, the company is not that much employee centric
