Switching between shifts without any prior notice or notification and change in Lobs was very irritating and unbearable.

I think I would not Say Dislike however It depends upon on which process you are in : so in my process I would say they should give Refreshments on time not like work straight up for 9 hours.

HR always lied to their candidate to hire in bulk, they’ll offer you good salary but when you receive your offer letter after 2 weeks of joining salary would be way lesser in the letter & when you dispute about it they’ll say either keep it or leave. A person in need unfortunately have to keep that offer & that really sucks

Teleperformance is good in terms of protecting their employees and they try to settle their employees in different field if they loose any other business and they are environment friendly and take care of hygiene as well

Dislikes

Their salary structure does not help employees motivate to work and their appraisal are very slow and does not recognise for their talent and work they do

Only 1 thing that salary gets credited on time.

Team leader and supervisors are not helpful. They just care about their reputation and pressurize and target some employees intentionally to avoid their fault. Just because of these bad supervisors, a potential employee do not get the good recognition and growth in organization.
