The process that i worked for was fine as it was backend but due to the terrible company it made my experience bad

Never received salary on time & even after leaving the organization i still never received my remaining salary Initially i thought it was the process but later realized its with the company because it was common in other process's as well Worst management ever Didnt approve my resignation saying they never got 1 even after i sent ss on whatsapp & asked for recovery when they owed me my salary

...ia but no precaution all employees sitting in a group in morning and lunch time. At the best thing is that at the time of appraisals they give salary hike only 2-3% and no yearly bonus.

Switching between shifts without any prior notice or notification and change in Lobs was very irritating and unbearable.
