The culture too one of the best in BPO. company policies, well in BPO they are one of the highest paying company and my work experience goes good salary and helpful senior management....this combination is the best for professional environment. I had privilege of working with best boss ever in my life Manjula Madam. I will recommend WNS first choice for BPO job rather if I will get an opportunity I will join again.

Black sheep's are everywhere, even in the family. I left job for third person I felt not to be treated the way she was otherwise I lived a royal life in WNS though hospitality industry will remain the best for me, however here I was appreciated and respected by top most management the most.

Employer part of pf also deducted from salary no explanation from hr, Night shift allowance is very less almost nothing, if you missed the floor entry time by 2min direct escalation from manager same for transportation if you miss the cab I need to give logical explanation why u miss it

Salary comes in time, work culture is good.

Leave policy is very bad. There is no sick leave policy. Working hours are strict. Late logins are included in our incentive criteria which is unfair specially in the process I worked for. Sometimes double pay are not paid on time when we work on National holidays , we had to raise ticket for that.

Dislikes

One side cab drop, not much salary, penny appraisals, less opportunity for promotions instead they do designation change so they don't have to increase salary, no meal or meal voucher.

Nothing to like about this organisation except payment and incentives also night shift allowances.

All the things which is needed to be a good organisation that is missing here Work life balance - NO Promotion- NO SAT/SUN working - YES PARTIALITY - YES Casteism - YES managers behaviour - Worst They are not discussing with people for sat sun working they directly update the roster and ask people to come otherwise same day resignation will be there NSA not approved in time so the pay cycle will impact for us they don’t have care.
