Getting a salary on time is one of the best thing in concentrix however this happens in most of the BPO industry.

THERE IS NO PROPER APPRAISALS/PROMOTIONS IN THE COMPANY. THERE IS NO PERSONAL/SKILL DEVELOPMENT. COMPANY SUPERVISOR AND TEAMS ARE NOT AT ALL INTERACTIVE OR FAMILIAR TO THEIR EMPLOYEES.

Professional work culture, cooperation by seniors, supervisors, and management for work ethics as it is MNC and has diverse work culture.when asking for training in case of low performance.

...ple leave in the first year. Promotions and other work benefits are hard to get. Dishonesty when asking for individual rights from managers and salary is also the worst part many times my salary has been compromised and the client is everything to them. I requested to move me to a new process but that was not herd.

Salary is too low as compare to the market Increment is too low. No any extra benefits. Incentive is fixed . Which is also low .

I like the job security and salary credited on time. Also, I like comfortable with job.

In few them they do politics and no more activities on floor. In our team most of them agent come and do work and go their home. No existing for coming job or any activity or talking discuss apart from job parameters

Salary is on time. Job security is there if u r good or mediocre performer. HR team internally moves employees from one to another process if any process ramps down. Everyone is supportive except few. Growth is slow. People are getting 1st promotion after working 2 3 years . smart or hard work isn't sufficient for promotion in Kolkata nd Ranchi centre. IJP is there bt for that u need to have excellent rapo with ur seniors.

Now a days leadership team is deteriorating. Few of them behaves as if they own the company. Few shouts on floor without any good reason. Skill improvement sessions are there but they won't give you time to attend those.
