Pay is pretty fine But you will find it pretty hard to find time for your personal time as the 9.5 hrs shift becomes 10 hrs shift. Behavious of seniors is absolutely awesome, no doubt in that .

You will get salary on time without any delay of even a day , incentive is good but you need work like you are a labor on computer Work pressures is pretty hectic but that is the rule of corporate life.

...ith Concentrix and once you became capable and confident enough switch your job. It will help you to get a good package and promotion also ( if you deserve ).

Dislikes

You'll be promoted but on temporary basis during sale season or peak season. Once it is over you'll be role backed and that promoted designation will not be mentioned on your experience letter at the time of leaving. 2nd bad thing is cab facility it is so difficult to board the cab at the time of logout otherwise all the things are good.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinedd

Company literally paid workers for 3-4 months for no work done by them. while employees enjoyed special paid leaves. Best thing is they almost never fire anyone never

Salary provided by company is low compared to others. Given that they r such big name in ITES and also annual increase is very low.

I am very happy with the company not the team leaders because the company gives us job security ,giving good facility like cab and security but team leader torture us.

salary issue ,politics are there and partiality like giving the same shift to the same fellow for forever. And one more thing is that when new employee join the company ,the team leader is torture the employees.like taking leaves,half day,and shift.
