Had an amazing experience working in Teleperpormance. Work environment and cafeteria is hugh. They have table tennis.

Dislikes

Management and salary structure was lacking. New joinees gets more basic salary and incentives than old timers. However, when it comes to work, the team mostly dependent on old timers.

Tp is a great platform to work. No issues found till yet related to salary and environment workspace is also gud . One more thing I want to add on there is gud maintenance if it is comes to hygiene, cleaning .

Dislikes

Nothing against teleperformance but my process is full of politics management is so poor they can't even listen employees problems. It's completely depends upon the process to process my experience with process is not so much gud.

Majorel is one of a great organization that provides an opportunity to learn and gain experience. Great environment, employee-centric, amazing leaders and trainers.

Less salary than the other organizations.

Frequent salary disputes Deployment or promotion to higher role without prior training (usually to lead roles, i think it depends on the account)

People are told to leave or fired, and new staff is new life is aligned with less package.. Terrible, pathetic, most annoying place to work.. It's a nightmare to work here..

Dislikes

There is no use to write to more, as using of offensive words or not, they are just going to show off as if they care, but just do not.. So really worst company to work with. 👎🏻
