I have 7 years of experience and I have currently offer for Data Engineer role from the below organizations-
1) Accenture
2) Cepgemini
3) Nagarro
The CTC offer I am getting are almost the same (minor difference) for all these 3.

Please help me to make better decisions (by considering growth, company culture, job security, and all other aspects).

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous  org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation.

Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation.

My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

Day to Day Office

few of my friends tagged me having a crazy time and it got posted on Instagram and guess what I completely forgot that my manager is in my list and to add on to it he also liked my story with a heart😑

What do I do ? I am embarrassed 🥲 I will meet him in the office tomorrow. Please suggest Meri Fatri hai yaar appraisals ka time hai. 😭

*Update*  I had a connect with my Boss, I started the conversation and said, Ki kal tabiyat khrab thi but shaam tak concert ki tickets mil gyi Itna maza aaya "Sir", He said Chalo badiya hai, Now I dont know if it will stay in his mind till Appraisal feedback meeting ya "sab changa si" hi rahega :D

Career Advice

Still 60 days are remaining in my notice period to end. But during interview I told the recruiter as my LWD is 2nd March. So now how to tackle them because if I tell them the correct date then I m sure they will not wait for me and will choose another candidate. How to make sure that they wait for me and I don't lose this opportunity. Any suggestions are welcomed.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. 
Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. 

My PF alone will cover 80C
Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS
My HRA is around 25K per month (300000)
Health insurance for family 28000
Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately)
I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
