Company policies are the only thing I like about Teleperformance Gurgaon 398 site.

Dislikes

Not sure about other TP sites, but TP Gurgaon 398 only cares about their image and reputation not the employees’ actual overall wellbeing as they claimed to do.

Salary packages for internal employees are less in comparison to external hirings. Appraisals good only for those selective employees every year

Apart from salary, incentives, promotion hikes, appraisals and employee benefits everything is good. The only reason to leave TP is that PROMOTION HIKE is 10 % and yearly appraisal is 500 rupees max

Dislikes

Hiring is not good. TP hires anyone and everyone. For agent level all you need to do is plead and state you belong from a weak economic section of the society and you will get selected. Management is poor in terms of tasks getting done.

There's nothing good. They will Just let you go for reason all of a sudden on any given day. They claim to be top 25 companies in the world. Visit Gurgaon sites once. U ll feel a domestic process is better than Teleperformance. They will do everything electronically but management is going to kill this company once and for all

Dislikes

Their meals, cab facility, senior management are poisonous. People just reaching on operations are being told they are released after just 1 month on the floor. The reason was because agents were getting too much avail time and yes to any new comer there are no systems on the floor. Beware of the vicious snake ready to bite the behind.

I like the work that i was doing.

Dislikes

There was no promotion for the male staff but there was promotion for the female and the worst management, hod and the TL. There was no floor support from the tl for any of the help we use to go to the senior line if the case is miss handled. Cafeteria food was like cow dunk. No activitys were there.
