Job security is always there if you have completed basic training and moved to Ops team there will not be any such problems. Promotions are fare. If you have your targets met and a good behavior with all you can definitely get help. Work life balance are good.

Salaries are not justified. Hr & Ec team might not be in your favor all times If a scenario gets escalated you can expect the closure as an action

Teleperformance is such a good company but not Kolkata site.

Kolkata centre is worst centre of TP. Specially quality domain is full of favouritism and oiling buttering domain. If you can't do as@ licking of your manager then even if you are good performer you would never get appreciated and promotion. To get the promotion you have to do Daaru Party with your senior, you must be a GIRL if youare not good in licking. That girl also should be comfortable in all scenarios if she want to get promotion. For promotion they only choose their fav person and even he or she is not able to say anything during interview then also they would be selected only. Company itself is so unstable who's back to back laying of people after their joining of just an month by saying company business issues Hopper travel process in teleperformance is one of the worst process I've seen in my career
