Overseeing and managing a team of associates, including training, scheduling, and performance management

Ensuring that team members understand their roles and responsibilities and are working towards achieving their objectives

Monitoring daily operations to ensure that they meet organizational standards, policies, and procedures

Maintaining open communication with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner

Providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers

Managing projects and initiatives to improve processes, systems, and team performance

Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that arise

Preparing reports, analyzing data, and making recommendations for improvement
