Less PF deduction from the CTC and hence in hand salary will be more compared to other companies. I'm working from client location and hence no need to go to Quesscorp office. I don't know about salary hikes because I worked for just 11 months but I heard from my colleagues that they'll give moderate hikes.

Leave policy - Every month, an employee is eligible to get 2 paid leaves and will lapse by end of the year which means these leaves will not be carry forwarded to the next year. HR Connect - A monthly HR Connect conducted virtually for 4-5 times when I joined and only twice HRs visited our client office for face-to-face interaction.Then nothing. Salary with project - As long as you're in a project with client, you're eligible for monthly salary. Otherwise, you'll remain as an employee to Quesscorp but you won't get your salary until you get project from Quesscorp. Same case happened to me that my project had been rolled off within 11 months of joining and I tried to contact Quesscorp HRs multiple times via emails, WhatsApp for any job openings related to my profile but I didn't even get that they acknowledged my email (Very bad experience for me and thought better trying outside). Taxable travel allowance - We're eligible to get travel allowance as our client is not providing cab facility to the employees but this travel allowance is also taxable. Training & Certification - Quesscorp has a policy of 1 year service agreement with the employee that if you claim the amount for any external paid technical training and certification irrespective of the cost(even though if it is 1000 rupees). I thought this policy should modify the service agreement time range based on the cost of the certification....Read More

1. You get your salary late that is by 7th or 8 working day not month end kind. 2. No HR is ready to support you, they never pick your call nor they respond to email. 3. No yearly hike you work for same salary till you die or you resign. 4. They will deduct 4K amount of salary from your hard earned money and name it as leave encashment fund which they every month deduct from Individual, they will not write it clearly on Offer letter so be aware. 5. They say notice is 15, 30, 60 days 😂 they don’t even know that too.. unhealthy things. 6. They deduct 200Rs or some times 400 for Background verification every month I don’t know what verification they do with our hard earned money. 7. They give us insurance just by eating our own ctc they every year or half year deduct 4-5K amount. 8. Most important, you don’t have holidays or leave balance as I work as contractor they say if I take leave they will deduct 4K from my salary. And u will not have any holiday or leave balance from them if you have then in future they will deduct from your pay. Site management is good - very cooperative - good training held by birla opus about equipment maintenance and some training held by quess on safety related and behaviour base training from head office - accomodation is good - transportation facility is excellent . Shift rotation is here.

9*6 work time, only 1 leave per month then how you use it its your problem sick or casual or else. 3 months notice period. no systematic work, salary is not sufficient, company only works for money. company don't care about their employees. if you want to talk for something only they use to say talk with that one every one is talking like that.
