Just the campus is great

You go to office to work, which can also be easily done at home. People there, just care about self reputation, they work in large teams for a single client, but no one is like a team there. No work life balance, they will train you in a month and start your qualificatiin phase, if you so any errors, this will directly go to PIP, which is obvious, but training within a month is not obvious. Only a quick learner would be able to catch-up with it. Also once you are qualified in a process, they will train you on another without any break. It's a robot company, not for humans. They pay less for the work you do. Once you made a mistake, they will give that as a reason for every hike and promotion. Poor infrastructure, poor work life balance and poor management

Very pathetic work culture Long work hours...if you are travelling from some other place to office.. better to stay nearby. As the processes are newly shifted from China..no proper training and proper planning of training provided by company. Top management should focus on this..

Managers, directors and management.manager would make you feel that you are worthless no matter how much you try to prove yourself. The shift starts at 8 am and you cannot leave until your manager leaves.

Its one of the worst company i have ever seen, they had call us for the interview and have taken the assessment post which they have never responded us, called multiple times and sent emails as well, they just want to waste the time of candidates, its the worst hiring and recruitment team i have ever seen in my career of 10 years.

I have completed 2 years in Resource Pro and it has been good so far. I work in the IT department and the experience has been excellent. The work-life balance here is good. We have good colleagues, which makes working here all the better. The leadership is very understanding and professional at the same time. The company has grown leaps and bounds in getting new business and employing more resources. The growth chart shows a promising future here. Overall an excellent work place....Read More

The only negative could be the salary hike part. The hike % is very low compared to the market outside and this needs to be looked at. They might give you a very good hike % when they hire you but once you come in, you would know the reality that they do not give much pay hike at the end of the year. Probably the second negative thing is " There is no hybrid or WFH option ". You have to come to the office. Only in the rarest scenarios you would get the WFH option....Read More
