No work life balance, they will train you in a month and start your qualificatiin phase, if you so any errors, this will directly go to PIP, which is obvious, but training within a month is not obvious. The only negative could be the salary hike part. The hike % is very low compared to the market outside and this needs to be looked at. They might give you a very good hike % when they hire you but once you come in, you would know the reality that they do not give much pay hike at the end of the year.
