Worst Management in all over BPO sector. No upraisal and increments. Manager treats everyone according to his mood and removes his frustration on employees. Also he is more biased towards female employees and flirts with them.

HR team never interacts with you until you resign. They brought NEO app which is worst. They always are unsupportive even try to scrutinize you by giving you LOP even when you are working. They are not at all bothered about employees mental health. Only playing fun friday and rangoli competitions.

3rd class..i was at a management level however when I raised my voice to get help by sharing my concerns with HR then so called cheap HR team has shared my email directly with my boss who was a culprit and due to this I was laidoff...these people do not respect truth...it's all old 20 years people who rule the organisation and they want you to do what they will say even if it's wrong for the organization and if u don't listen then you will be sacked. Lack of supplies and training rooms. No opportunity for foreign travel or migration. No recognition and promotion even after proving the ability for more than one year, just utilising. Hope you consider the negative points and plan accordingly to grow.

Promotions are based on how much you give. Worst management ever. Treating employees like bondage labours. They are still unaware about the concept mental health and work culture, work life balance.

I had family medical emergency and i requested to allow WFH for a month to take care of my family. But they did not allow me for WFH and gave excuse we cannot provide the WFH for new joinee. I like work culture of wns. And new things they offer to learn

I don't like salary structure. Even hr doesn't explained about how salary structure is and they are not providing night shift allowance and cuts the salary even didn't mentioned in the salary sleep where they are cutting the salary.

Only selected people can growth those who around the manager others r only worker. They don't have pramotion incriment nor dezire shift. After 8 yeras of experience I am facing unemployment bkoz of wns policy keep work on same position till 52year.

Workplace id good. Most important is Job security which is there. Management now become very horrible. But the culture and enworment is good

It's depend for which clienr you are working with. Most of the processes are good but some of them are horrible and on top of that salary structure of the company is way behind than the others.
