The saving grace of working at WNS is that there is no dearth of the people who like me dislike almost every aspect of the company.

Dislikes

For a start the management runs only with the intention of cost cutting. Filled with freshers who almost always replace experienced candidates.office politics is pathetic. They trap freshers honeycombing their way in while getting them On a 2 year bond and never keep up their word. Management can’t get cheaper anywhere else. Open discrimination takes place with preference given only to Chamchas. Hard working people don’t get credit and are always overlooked. I don’t see the point of why someone would work in such a pathetic environment. Would never ever recommend any of my contacts into joining this company. Wouldn’t want anyone else’s peace of mind and career get ruined.

I dont like anything here, It’s not more like a corporate company.Its like a school.The management doesn’t know how to speak and get work. They always shout at us even if you are a good performer.They are like they are serving their client at their best by treating their employees worst

Dislikes

No work life balance and no salary and promotions for 3 years. they would force us to work 12 hours and even on saturdays too without any compensation

Increment are low and there are delays in pay out. Growth is slow Completely client operated metrics Management needs more learning and skills as lower staff take advantage of manager not being learned.
