The company was only interested in deducting our salaries, and they treated us like machines.😣 We were expected to work extra hours without any benefits, like cab facilities. It was disheartening to see that even management faced the same issues. The only good thing about the job was the good salary given to freshers.😅

The lack of a code of ethics and the use of WhatsApp groups for making rules are major downsides of working at at iEnergizer. Additionally, the company's inflexibility in providing leaves for personal emergencies is frustrating.😣 However, this job helps me to develop patience and anger management skills due to the constant pressure of handling and staying calm with customers.😅
