They provide a good chuck of salary that’s a positive point about this company but at the same time you will be giving most of your time in this company so basically the amount is the compensation of your time.
Dislikes
The work life balance is really bad and also the management works according to what they want. This is not a employee centric company and you have to work for like more than 10 hours per day. Some of people in management get very personal with you because of which you don't get any promotion or further options to grow nd yes politics . So many husband wife's who are management working together in same process .

Well there's no appraisal, no traveling, absolutely nothing to learn, poorest of work environments, close to zero innovations. Thinking about work life balance? They deduct 2k for meal and serve 2 samose. Meals worth RS. 40 a day(as per the vendor, palki foods). They say the salary forC.S. in an international process is around 30k. They'll deduct 5k if you get cancer and miss a single day, yes after the WOFFs and one CL, Additional 4k for pickup and drop. so when you think you finally got a decent job(relatively), your salary is just 21k, not 30k as they claim or 36k as they show on papers. You can't apply your weekoffs, cls or els when you actually need em... And in the end you just feel like a Philippino, working in the middle East....Read More

TL and managers are very cooperative and good.They don't just fire employees will give you enough time to improve your performance.TL to senior managers will treat you with respect.

Long working hours.Breaks and.will deduct 2000rs for food doesn't matter you eat it or not.

Company is good and provides excellent salary but company's terms & conditions are not good.

If we take holiday without inform that deduct more charges
250+ salary of one day.
*We cannot go out of the company.
