Need help in deciding from the following offers
I have the following offers:
1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus
Position - manager
2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed
3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa
I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
Please let me know your insights.
Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.

Deloitte seems to be the most promising option, as it has a strong brand, growth opportunities, and the potential for a higher salary.

Hey Brother I am not an Expert in advising people but if you go for Deloitte and done your negotiation and final ctc in better way than I think you should go for that because larger the organization, lesser you need to worry about work culture and stability.

i would say deloitte, just learn about the job after joining and you should be fine.I've seen people without the knowledge required by their role join and do successfully.
Also,I would like to know how did land so many high paying offers at the same time

Job Offer Dilemma
Iโm in a situation and need some guidance.I have a job offer with:CTC: 9.4 LPA fixed + 21% variable = 11.4 LPA total.Location: Chennai (not ideal for me).Another opportunity is in the pipeline, with a more suitable location, but the expected CTC is around 9.4 LPA, which is significantly lower than the first offer. To add to the dilemma, the HR of the second company feels that asking for 12 LPA (considering my 9.4 LPA fixed offer) is too high. How would you approach this decision?
