There nothing that I like but the salary was ok ok not that good

Work culture, they don’t have proper policies, no fiction, no celebrations , no recognition, no cab , many more

First they will lure you offering good salary package then you will get to know that most of the salary is included as variables means incentive or attendance bonus. There is nothing called as employee centric they do not even provide sick leaves as per their policy you need to earn leaves first and save it in case you get sick, As anyone fall sick pre-planned.
If in case you take a leave then your complete attendance bonus is gone which is 25% of your salary.
The ambiance and infrastructure is good until you reach on the production floor then you will get to see the reality of this organisation.
The management is worst they make you feel like labours and put so much work load that you will be stressed even you can see 80% of the people have lost their hairline due to the stress level.
Complete office is full of north eastern people and they always eat gutka which smells foul which is unhealthy. Complete management is biased towards other race people apart from north east people as management is also full of north-east people.
As far as the amenities they do not clean their water coolers from years and the water is unsafe do not drink that at all , they do not provide microwave so you can’t eat hot home cooked meals. The cafeteria is full of insects and cockroaches all over. If you are planning to join this company i would suggest better not to do so never ever come here its worst experience ever and even of you do then please avoid blackjack process at any cost. I have been worked in ienergizer 1 year 7 months and nothing is good in management. Only good thing is that if you will get the good leader than you can learn the things from them only not from the management.
Dislikes
As in this organisation you have to sacrifice in each n everything but not company. They are deducting the salary without giving you any reason and if you will tell them than they are just making you fool that we r working but even 6 months you will not get the resolutions.
If u r working than good and if you will think about the resignation than they will not treat as a employee.
Even they will tell you that 6 days working but they will request you to come 7 days and after that the week off will get expire and unable to generate again. You will face the problem in week off, national Holiday as well the festival holiday....Read More

Only it is having a very big compound with thousands of manpower.

No job security and no work life balance unless you are ready to lîçk your seniors.
Salary is quite low as compared to other organisations. They will state something else before interview and when you will going for salary discussion and disclosure round at the last, they will state lots of useless rules and that results in unnecessary deduction. Like seriously who deducts the full month salary if you are getting absent for a day means we have paid leaves (PLs) for that.
Now talking about the infrastructure, it's like similar to rural government buildings.

Dislikes
Promotions are biased. They only promote those who do the buttering. Increments are very less. company rules & regulations are very vague. Working hours- 10 hrs (International). More than half of the salary is allowances that they cut fully if you take any leave.

They provide a good chuck of salary that’s a positive point about this company but at the same time you will be giving most of your time in this company so basically the amount is the compensation of your time.
Dislikes
The work life balance is really bad and also the management works according to what they want. This is not a employee centric company and you have to work for like more than 10 hours per day. I’ve worked at Ienergizer, promotion is also on them they doesn’t matter if you’re a deserving candidate or not.
