Here I’m talking about only my process I.e. SBIC , as a company organise every cultural programs but in our process we don’t have any rights to join that . I like only company’s architecture.

While working in my process there so much politics and there is no growth , any one can depressed . And also there worst management. You can not take any sick leave any other leaves . There is no any work life balance .
Cleaning is good,and any thing break on the floor so cleaning staff clean the all things in min lighting,fan,ac,& medical are good.

Some senior staff not good behaviour with female staff and if female staff doing work accordingly TL so he will promoted ther wi,it's 9 hours for which is not liked any more,food also price also very high, in my process most of the system not working and my tl not doing anything he just always changed my sit.

This company has no respect for employee well-being. They force ridiculously long work hours, have a toxic work culture, and dump an overwhelming amount of work on you with no support. They are making new joiners rate it on ambition box during joining process to increase their rating, because their real ratings would be terribly bad.
Work life balance does not exist, they change your week offs without asking you. They apply and waste your CL's And EL's on their own without asking you. They are very badly after your leaves they simply won't let you have your peace of mind.
They would ask you to come 30 minutes before shift begins and leave may be 30 - 45 minutes or even 1 hour after your shift ends.
Trainings, feedbacks, briefings times are not to be counted, these times are taken from your own precious Personal life.
They make mistakes, will never admit their mistakes and will put all the burdens over the employees.
They will just to Suck all your energies, your leaves and your time, like those blood sucking worms.
More importantly you will feel heavily cheated with all these practices.
