To be honest, it's a simple and good life job, but the environment under office (flipkart process) is very bad, may be that's why it is called a co-operate sector where we need to co-operate to the higher position people, who think of us is nothing, rude behaviour, mental harrasment, sometimes due to this a person gets depressed, also when asked for sick or health issue leave > never give holiday even for rest or medical issue. Very cheep behaviour of few managers and people here goes further due to nepotism, also promotions are not permanent, no documentation done, when applied for notice period - they rejected directly and said no for recruitment they gave wfh which is a good initiative but other factors are also bad....Read More
