First thing is office politics which is being played between TL's and AM or Manager for Advisors. They have authority to make someone TL or AM but they give hike to their friends, and whom who gave them parties and to their girlfriend's.

The environment in the company and my colleagues were very much encouraging and I habd a very fortunate encounter with them,

Dislikes

The company policy is something that will slowly eat away a persons life, no sick leave, 10 hrs working shift, 1 lwp will cost you your incentive and apprx 15k worth of money, good for freshers but would not recommend it to experienced candidates

Working with ienergizer I one of worst experience. Though I had work into different consultant process but this company is a real shit in a market need to upgrade the working culture at same time. There quality auditor should be more formal. When I say formal that they need to know what skill a QA should need.

Everything including foods too.

I was suffering from a chronic disease known as DVT also I have shared all the relevant diagnosis documents with my higher authority even after that they neither shared my experience letter of 6 months nor given me salary of 50% for the medication allowance as per labour law, further I was receiving the mails from hr department thatI didn’t submit any documents nor I informed anyone about my hospitalisation leaves, I was good I was just looking for my experience letter only as well as 50% of the salary as per labour law I didn’t even ask them for medical allowance by Sharing the receipt to insurance department, this is ridiculous...Read More

I didn't like the working culture at all.

They are promoting their girlfriends to higher level Even if she is a fresher. Also the leave approval police is good but in only documents.. once you apply for that your TL will strictly ask you to cancel it. All this is happening in Dream 11 process. There are many more potential employees who deserves to be promoted but they arenot why because they don't have connection with senior employees.. once a manager got fired due to posh policy now he is back like how is it possible....Read More

Company is good but everything depends on process in which you're working

Dislikes

Strict 8hrs of login. Even when systems are not available in the office. You'll have to complete 8 login hours whether you're able to login half an hour later due to systems issue or some other issues(not employee's fault). You'll have to extend the shift for the same. And no sick leaves. Work pressure is too much. Food court & toilet distance is too far it'll take 10-15 min to walk up-down at a time....Read More

The site is spacious and lots of process running within the company. Good amount of space and greenary to sit and relax.

Dislikes

No job security, graveyard shifts, no cabs, no parking facility, huge salary deductions for sick leaves and any emergency leaves.

Here I’m talking about only my process I.e. SBIC , as a company organise every cultural programs but in our process we don’t have any rights to join that . I like only company’s architecture.

While working in my process there so much politics and there is no growth , any one can depressed . And also there worst management. You can not take any sick leave any other leaves . There is no any work life balance .

Cleaning is good,and any thing break on the floor so cleaning staff clean the all things in min lighting,fan,ac,& medical are good.

Dislikes

Some senior staff not good behaviour with female staff and if female staff doing work accordingly TL so he will promoted ther wi,it's 9 hours for which is not liked any more,food also price also very high, in my process most of the system not working and my tl not doing anything he just always changed my sit.
