I get salary on time, that's it. Also, this company provides you the job no matter if you've the qualities/eligibility.

There is no work-life balance in this company. Management can change your shift anytime. Also, they just try the new ways to cut your salary, so you'll have to be an extra concious. No matter how you work, they will always expect more from you. In short, you'll be treated as a labour (Meanwhile, a normal labour has a work life balance, and they take an off as per their preference. Here these things are not entertained ). You will not learn anything new, however, they will demotivate you if you have any extra talent. I almost forget my communication skills, because these fools do not appreciate any advance learning. Even you try to talk/chat in a fine manner, my TL/Manager says "Hain!!"

... Gave Us Work From Home When Every Other Companies Throwing Out There Employees. IENERGIZER didn't Eat Anyone's Job Even They Gave Us Bonus And Insensitive it's a Very Good Company Or I can Say My Process Vegas Is Very Good for working. Cooperative Management Always Happy To Help .☺️

The management is good but company policies are so poor

Appraisal policy is terrible. They count a big part of salary as attendence bonus. Even at the month end you can't imagine if you'll recieve the attendance bonus with ur salary or not.
