It's a good start up for freshers. In other company they provide around 10 to 15k salary but IE is the company who provide 20k+ salary fir freshers as well.

Dislikes

I worked for 1 year in IE the work environment is not good they let us work for 10hr which is too much and they hire people unnecessarily and they don't value their employees. In IJP they never give chance to north east people like me. I kinda feel some supervisors and managers are racist. My TL was very racist tbh! We couldn't bondwell with her but I'm very happy now that she is demoted to normal agent rather then supervisor. iEnergizer as like a college campus. but in it one process which is sbicard there they were treat as like bonded labours and there mAnagement is literally worst manager and manager fighting and shouting against executive as like they were paying for whole day

The infrastructure is really great in Ienergizer, work culture is amazing there are more than 50 process you can work for, Incentives are great in the international process at Ienergizer, Work load is not that high.

Dislikes

Higher Management is too rude, You won't get promoted even if you are woking witn them from 2 years and giving your best to the company as well, Promotion is only for the people who can be friendly with the higher Management.

I liked to work in IEnergizer as a advisor in starting and there is so much to learn about also. Many TL's and supervisors are there to help you . If I get a chance to work over there I would like to join international process.

There is some management issue. Which needs to be clear out because many advisor didn't get a chance to promote their self because of partiality over there.
