Title: Terrible Company – Stay Away! This company has no respect for employee well-being. They force ridiculously long work hours, have a toxic work culture, and dump an overwhelming amount of work on you with no support. Management doesn't care about work-life balance, and burnout is inevitable. Avoid this place if you value your sanity! Just because few employees were using phone other employees were also punished by telling them not to carry the phone with them. What if someone is having an urgent call from home. The working atmosphere is good actually great bt the staff is horrible. The company can b great and all the companies are mostly bt its the staff actually that matters.

Dislikes

The staff is the one that i didn’t like… because they never help regarding the policies of the company and they keep changing it, as i know they cannot change it bt they can update us with it bt they don’t as they themselves are nt updated.! (Dehradun staff)
