I worked at IE for 7 years and got promoted till AM. that's what i liked about Myself. there's no role of ienergizer in my 7 years of dedicated career.

Dislikes

Top Management are all 12th fail, they are at the top because they were failures of their times and join the domestic call center Ienergizer. management is always looking for new girls, managers plan to hunt the girl by manipulating and micro managing. even they share inappropriate pictures of their female staff after getting them and if they oppose they fire them.

culture is too much good of company ,work was frusted because you can't take leave normally either you have too much important work if it is unplanned ,somewhere issues with systems that doesnt work properly but you have to manage by your side as you can do, invorment of the company was too much good thats what i really like about this company but if you have to take advantage like promotion you have too be in tls or managers eyes , doesnt matter you are working hard or not......Read More

Its a jail for the employees, even they have different washrooms for the managers and the agent. How partiality they are doing with agents and there washrooms are not even clean and if you want to eat your lunch, you have to walk 1.5 km to go to their outdoor canteen they don't have any pantry near their production floors. So bad experience🥲

Work life balance was terrible and issue on the breaks as you get very limited for break and cannot eat anything like fast food if you have fast.

Safe environment for night shifts, best company ever for freshers, managers are easily approachable even the vice president sir, is exceptional when it comes to help the advisor going out of the box, Best company ever for freshers, will get a good salary in international process and good working experience

Policies such as lwp that can kill the whole incentives, attendence bonus of 5k, retention bonus of 9k and salary for those days.

I feel more at home, more comfortable, more in control and more supported than I ever have before. iEnergizer genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. "I have been there about a couple of years, and I have not heard any grumbling about management or the company or even the co-Workers.

They haven’t provided WFH mode or hybrid mode which would be feasible of there employees.

There is nothing you like about ienergizer there policy are terrible , canteen are really terrible you are just wasting your money food, company is not cooperative with their employees , even if you are sick you can to take rest in sick room and in sick room pad are not available there are many things
