If you think this situation cannot get even worse, the company will take it as a challenge! Split weekoffs - 6th day incentives are chump change Need to change company name as PIP 247 they can remove you with in 2-4 weeks or less If needed when January starts Use and throw. No human values

In initial days it was okok. to be honest in very few days I lost interest in working with them.

They just make people work on over achieving targets. They'll ask you to work over time and won't pay you in time.

...nization anytime without notice period they will terminate you from the company. And coming to salary, they will cut your salary at some what and you won't find any reason of cuttings, AND PLEASE DO NOT DO OT, THEY SAY THEY PAY 250 PER HOUR BUT WON'T PAY. even the sme's who have done 12 ot's in a year won't receive a single penny. And there are many things to tell about this orgnaisaztion, this just a trailer Note: There are many chances you have to work in grave yard shift. i.e 3:30 am to 12:30 pm

everything is to be disliked over there. Just you will get a honeymoon period time in the first month of the company in the name of cultural training and product training after that torture begins.

...o they keep on changing incentive plan so that agen doesn't get the incentive. Fake promise for salary.

I honestly like nothing about this company. One of the worst organization to work with. They'll treat employees like machines and no emotions

...ble shifts. If you want to lose your health and mental peace, join this company. Really high work pressure and less pay. Approving a leave here is a 8th wonder. Even if your sick you need to work. Even planned leaves will not be approved. Guys just avoid this company or else you will regret your decision after joining. I have seen many people abscond with in 2 months
