Here HR department is cool, you can work with fake experience, give them some money. I made several complaints but of no use.

Dislikes

Never seen HR department so lazy, they don't take any actions against illegal activities. Maybe they are incompetent for the job.

I loved my Job and Was able to resolve Issues.

Dislikes

Lot of Partiality was shown by the Team Leaders in GSD Process. Lack of motivation and encouragement. No training was provided . More tasks are been assigned but leniency is not shown . Leaves are not been given. More work pressure are forced on innocents. Catapult is a tool which they use to show their revenge.

The company is not at all employee friendly with the worst culture. The hr team and higher management participates in all the event organised by them and they are only part of it. Appreciation and recognition does not reach to the frontline. Once you are promoted, they will make you cry to documents in written. No flexibility to work with everything micromanaged. No much work load, can do it with ease. However, there are other complicated LOB's. Huge internal politics with good friendly environment. Work atmosphere and etiquette needs to be changed. Hiring is pathetic and the best is yet to come.

Dislikes

No proper salary hikes/ appraisal's will be given or rated as per the performance/ process. Will be promised to get promoted for the higher levels, nothing but a smart move from the superiors. Initially, everything went well, later got to know the true colours of the company. Outsider's are more valued than the employees working since year's within the company.

I have joined as a fresher here but it is my one best experience. I am enjoying my job and the best support from my manager and team leads. I would strongly recommend people to join this company if they need a good opportunities for future.

Hiring and Firing constantly. Unnecessarily redeployment. QA and SME doesn't have good knowledge on process. Sudden company policies comes into picture when they want to fire some one.# ZERO job security.Promitions will be given to girls whom they like with no interviews especially for Internal job posts. When system fails you should blame management not the agents but here in this company only agents problem.Salary deducts no one there to clarify. Difficult to reach out to HR when we are in need... I have a very poor experience with intouch CX, they will ask to extend in the organisation for the business requirements when we are in notice, once the organisation requirement is completed with employee they will terminate the agent and say it is an business requirement. No job security in touch CX.

Dislikes

No job security, full of politics and no one will follow proper policy, they requested me 4 times to continue because of company required senior employees to train new agents, I have supported no of batches without comprising my work, and worked on my weeks off and extended my shift 2-3 days in a week, and finally got terminated and no one responded with proper reason, worst and worst experience.
