I loved my Job and Was able to resolve Issues.

Dislikes

Lot of Partiality was shown by the Team Leaders in GSD Process. Lack of motivation and encouragement. No training was provided . More tasks are been assigned but leniency is not shown . Leaves are not been given. More work pressure are forced on innocents. Catapult is a tool which they use to show their revenge.

Like every other workplace met a few friendly and encouraging team member.

The company is not at all employee friendly with the worst culture. The hr team and higher management participates in all the event organised by them and they are only part of it. Appreciation and recognition does not reach to the frontline. Once you are promoted, they will make you cry to documents in written. No flexibility to work with everything micromanaged. No consideration to factors like health and family. You are expected to work on weekend without any extra numeration....Read More

No much work load, can do it with ease. However, there are other complicated LOB's. Huge internal politics with good friendly environment. Work atmosphere and etiquette needs to be changed. Hiring is pathetic and the best is yet to come.

Dislikes

No proper salary hikes/ appraisal's will be given or rated as per the performance/ process. Will be promised to get promoted for the higher levels, nothing but a smart move from the superiors. Initially, everything went well, later got to know the true colours of the company. Outsider's are more valued than the employees working since year's within the company.

Hiring and Firing constantly. Unnecessarily redeployment. QA and SME doesn't have good knowledge on process. Sudden company policies comes into picture when they want to fire some one.# ZERO job security.Promitions will be given to girls whom they like with no interviews especially for Internal job posts. When system fails you should blame management not the agents but here in this company only agents problem.Salary deducts no one there to clarify. Difficult to reach out to HR when we are in need... No fair process to terminate employees. They can train existing employees instead of hiring new employees and giving them training.waste of time.. The only thing I like about the company is on time salary credit and incentives used to get after sales

Always expect us to work harder and harder tirelessly like robot, usually demands us to keep working for hours out of office hours in the name of forces OT (over time) sometimes forgot to pay that as well and we have to keep reminding them the time and all when we have worked more than our login hours and they still behave like didn't heard, also strict attitude towards your own pending leaves which you cannot take even on serious times or your health is in serious condition that's very bad thing...Read More
