Everything from management and HR team..... I only met HT twice in this company for orientation and exit on the last working day to extend my notice period. Great work life balance negative marking for being a international company and worst standards.

Only thing we will get incentive when we are on a sale time and our SME will support us more than team lead.

Dislikes

Management was not good and even HR are not supportive to the employees and they don’t even listen to the agents issues and wont take actions on the issue.

This is about 24-7 Intouch (formerly 24-7 Intouch. Formerly Knoah solutions) 1. Managers are the worst. They have no shame in shouting loudly on the employees on the floor. Zero amount of decency. Some are criminals and never leave this company as they do not get job in other company. Bad managers are Sai, Elahi, Swazeen, Ajay everymanager is bad. Just realize that we have completed our 20 years of education not to be treated like a waiter in a small hotels. 2. Taking your own earned leave is crime here. You be present entire month and you earn 1.75 day of leave and these very earned leaves will not be taken. Even if you take, then when you come back, managers will torture so much. 3. HRs are some relative of top manager and are puppets of managers so going to them is as easy as you will be fired. HRs are rude arrogant personality except Ms. Priya. 4. Even after you are done with your shift, managers conducts waste meetings eating your personal time. Nobody will get anything in that meeting as all want to leave home after 9 hours of back breaking continuous work. 5. You need to beg breaks. Breaks are not given in one time. Your own break time. 6. Company is frequently changing its name. It first was Knoah Solutions then 24-7 Intouch and now Intouchcx. 7. Worst transport system. You have to wait 2 hours to waiting for your cab.
