First of all I really like this name tag of company "teleperformance " , the building, the area . It' s a wonderful place to work from recruitment area where they are supportive - especially their nice behaviour and nice treatment -to -training room ( trainer -nice bonding as a friend) to each and every member on the floor. And on the floor there are team of members like the manager and all inspiring leadership (nice soft decent nature) I like their values about life and qa that really supported me. They allowed me to complete my tasks out of my working hours limits even when they can have risk of penalties.I mean they people consider/appreciate someone' s work. No Canteen on the same floor of work where we can save our breaks .All the time we rush from lift to lift consuming all the breaks.

HR name Apporva was one of the HR's in Teleperformance switched to Taskus to get high salary and now she is trying to contact the people of Teleperformance to join Taskus for good hike on current CTC. This is how these HR destroy the career of the individual's. This is not fare and an action is required. I was the person she hired for Teleperformance for email support. I left the job just in 2 months because there was no learning and since then I'm working with taskus in one of the premium processes. Just wanna inform all of you guys please don't go for it because it will impact your stability which will further impact your growth. Apart from salary, incentives, promotion hikes, appraisals and employee benefits everything is good. The only reason to leave TP is that PROMOTION HIKE is 10 % and yearly appraisal is 500 rupees max

Dislikes

Hiring is not good. TP hires anyone and everyone. For agent level all you need to do is plead and state you belong from a weak economic section of the society and you will get selected. Management is poor in terms of tasks getting done.

There are several points for dislike Teleperformance-1. They force the employee to do overtime. 2. They don't give medical leave, even if you are dead you need to come to office. 3. They force us to, not take full break at one time. 4. They force to do work after the shift is over and when the employee say no to them they just increas our work at the end of the day.

My last experience is very good my last TL Sumanta bera and manager Richard is support. TL Sumanta bera and SME Sarika Gaikwad is best team for improvement in carrier all sound is good in last Special thanks to TL Sumanta SME Sarika and BHR also name Sweta Nair they all support me lot. Worst company ever. Toxic work environment. Least bothered about employee concerns and satisfaction. Salary discrepancies every month which never gets resolved. Need to beg for laeves. Its better to not work rather then working for teleperformance.

I know the process and I don’t want to quit because of my friends as they all are working with me.

The payroll is very low according to work. As other companies provide good payroll and this is the main reason that tenure’s choose to quit the job after few months as other companies pay them with 33K ctc plus extra 1500 for cab expenses. Team leaders do not know how to handle agents in the work load. They just target some agents in front of manager’s for getting promotions. I do want to work in the company but the payroll is less so I am thinking to change the company as well....Read More

No one helped when i raised mental harassment because of the director and wanted to leave the company on spot. Infact i was asked to pay and then leave but when i am not mentally ok to work how can work their and the director who mentally harassed always kept asking me to put down my papers and he will waive off notice period but this never happend
