I don't know about other process but in which process (AML) I am working, it is very good in terms of incentives, promotion through IJP, these two things are really good, here u can earn more than ur salary in terms of Over time. Little bit work pressure but not that much that u can't handle. Language can be barrier but if ur communication is weak u will get chance to improve it here. Dislikes are high however Point no.1 There is no fun party if they contected also it would come to our ears .. When client visit that time they game employee of the month not every month .Food court lot of cockroaches.. Their canteen also very worst hair in puff and samosa I showed it to that vendor... In that canteen food rate snacks rate are too high... Toilet are very worst while flush the toilet some drainage also came with water.....Read More

There is job security in TP

Almost everything. They don't allow female employees to leave office premises between 9:30-PM to 6 AM even if they want to leave on their own responsibility. Deduction amount from salary is too much. Like my monthly CTC is 54k and I receive 46.5k in hand that means almost 8k of deductions. Ha his deduction also include gratuity which can be refunded to employee if they stay in company for 5 years else you will lose the amount. Cab facility sucks because you they will pick you almost 1.5 hours earlier than your shift and will drop you after one hour of your shift. That means the buffer time is a lot. There are many more things that if TP changes, then it can become a good company. Like if it becomes an employee centric company, instead of client centric, people will love to work there...Read More
