Hiring for - Customer Service Voice
*DAY ROTATIONAL SHIFTS*

*L.O.B.s* :
✡️L'Oréal Care - Experience of Customer Service required- (voice) 6 months or above
✡️Video consulting - experience in video consulting customer care in haircare, skincare, beauty, cosmetics industry- 6 months or above- 32k in hand
✡️HSC/Graduates with minimum 6 month or above in customer service - up to 25k in hand
✡️Communication - *Cluster 1 or 2*
✡️ *Resume of candidate to be structured in the exact format as per client requirement*
✡️Rounds of Interview-
⏹️ HR round
⏹️Versant - score of 5 required
⏺️Scenarios - mock customer service scenarios will be presented; candidate has to post appropriate responses on the same and send on WhatsApp as well as recruiter's email
⏹️ Virtual operations round
⏹️Multichat writex - score of 60 required
⏹️ Virtual client round
*Versant 5 score required for operations round*
*6 days working, 1 rotational week-off in beginning; day rotational shift*
