We are seeking a proactive and motivated Lead Generation Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role focuses on identifying, nurturing, and developing potential leads within the hardware and software industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both hardware and software products, as well as experience in lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including email marketing, cold calling, social media, and networking events.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads effectively.

2. Client Outreach & Engagement:

• Initiate and manage relationships with prospective clients, introducing them to the company's hardware and software solutions.
• Qualify leads through effective questioning, identifying decision-makers, budgets, and project timelines.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

3. Collaboration with Sales Team:

• Work closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads and ensure a smooth handoff for conversion.
• Collaborate on campaigns, strategies, and outreach methods to continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates.

4. Reporting & Analysis:

• Track and report on key metrics (e.g., lead volume, conversion rates) and provide insights to improve lead generation efforts.
• Continuously analyse and improve lead generation techniques to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Product Knowledge & Industry Insights:

• Stay updated on hardware and software products and industry trends.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate Undergraduate can apply
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in lead generation or sales within the hardware or software industry.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
