Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Performing inbound calls from wire transfer customers and agents.
2. Analyze and solve customer queries through Calls
3. Take 50-150 calls per day and process transactions totaling tens of thousands of dollars everyday
4. Answer a wide range of inquiries and solve a wide range of customer service issues and problems
5. This job has a highly regimented schedule and requires a full day of assisting customers on the phone
6. Strong customer service skills including diplomacy and the art of diffusing tense situations are required
7. Processing customers orders and ensuring its accuracy and completion
8. Participating in continuous training sessions and sharing best practices
9. Show good oral and written skills for call escalation via call sheet completion or call escalation
10. Think creatively and make innovative suggestions that improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, internal controls or customer service

Required Candidate Profile:-

1. Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
2. Work Experience : Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (International Voice Only)
3. Excellent communication in English
4. Should be comfortable in night shifts and rotational week offs
5. Ability to model the incorporate value of respect, courage, passion, teamwork and integrity
