Job description

Role & responsibilities:

1- Conflict resolution

2- Responding to tickets

3- Answering phone calls from struggling customers

4- Responding to all customer concerns.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have good comm skills
• Should have fluent English
• Should have minimum 6 months of experience in international voice (non tech)
• Should have minimum 1 year of experience in international voice (technical)
