I got merely 18% hike on current CTC along with 2lakh joining bonus in my current CTC for Technical Project Manager role that too in a startup .Is really market down these days?How to negotiate . Current CTC -28, YOE-12 years. Disappointed with the offer .There were 5 round of interviews for this role. I am in well settled organisation and doing good and can expect promotion in next cycle FY 25. Please advise.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Recently, I joined a new journey by joining EY GDS. It's been an exciting less than one month filled with onboarding experiences and initial project interviews. However, I am now faced with a significant decision: I have received an offer from Deloitte USI, which offers a salary package that is 2.5 LPA higher than my current role at EY. I am confused about making the decision like which one is best for me. Here are my considerations: 1. Would Deloitte provide better long-term growth opportunities than EY? 2. Recently I got job offer from 2 company one is peer review associate at Chennai 22 k salary and 17 k take home i have take care my accomodation, food and another one is product specialist at laboratory equipment company WFH 12 k sallary till 6 months of training and said later based on performance it may varry . Now when we look at the point of money related I feel like product specialist saves my money , incase of peer review I have to spend for accomodation, food , travelling,and my expenses. In the view Of career I feel like both have good growth. Now I'm bit confused,kindly give your opinion, and do share your experience if you have been in any of these role

I wanted to do cfa with college but couldnt with family issues after covid i was so eager to leave the house and get exposure that i took up a job that was of very low pay of 15k with no perks. At that time i didn't realize my mistake of settling for too less that to in a marketing job. Now its almost 3 yrs and my salary is 26k which is also too low as there are no other benefits still. Im wondering if its ok to start CFA now at the age of 25 will i get jobs after such a huge break that too in finance after marketing. Is this salary settling and okay and i should try focusing on marketing itself.Im scared to even change jobs as i still dont have any valid degree to show marketng skills and nor this job gives an holistic dynamic marketing approach please suggest im really confused

What Salary Can I Expect in an MNC?

I am currently working as a Software Engineer at a mid-sized company, where I develop small to mid-sized applications that primarily use basic coding and stored procedures, with no heavy DSA requirements. I'm looking to switch to an MNC and would appreciate any guidance, as I don’t have a mentor to consult. I have 3 years of experience and have hands-on experience with .NET, SQL, React (TypeScript), SharePoint Online (SPFx), Microsoft Graph API and basic Azure services like App Service, Storage, and OpenAI.
