Which Company to Choose

Hi Everyone I have an experiance of 3.4 Years and received an offer from TransUnion for 16 LPA, where 2 LPA is variable pay. I also received an offer from Evalueserve for 17 LPA, which is all fixed pay. Could you help me with any suggestions on which company I should choose?

As you may know that there is higher fixed salary at Evalueserve, we should also know it's essential to consider the overall package and the long-term benefits.

Fixed pay is always better since you’re guaranteed the full amount every month without worrying about targets or performance metrics.

I’d pick TransUnion. A global brand name like that can open more doors for you in the future. Also, variable pay isn’t that hard to achieve if you meet your KPIs.

Variable pay can be a pain, especially if there’s no transparency in how it’s calculated. Fixed pay gives you peace of mind. I’d choose Evalueserve.
