Salary Expectations
I am currently drawing a salary of 3.75 LPA. Apart from this, my company provides me a shared accommodation, cleaner, vehicle for transportation and meals free of cost.
Consequently, I consider my salary around 5 LPA and share the breakdown as well. Now, I got a job offer of 7-8 LPA. They agreed, but I'm in a dilemma what if they renegotiate the salary after getting a payslip where it's 3.75 LPA. My other benefits are not mentioned in payslip.
Is there any chance of renegotiation after getting selected or what impression will I create?
However, moving to Noida requires a lot of personal expenses. Furthermore, that's quite an expensive city. The lifestyle which I'm maintaining is 3.75 LPA in my city, I need to spend almost double of it to maintain the same lifestyle in gurgaon and Noida.
As per that, I feel this compensation is justified. What's your call?? Please help me find the solutions.
Please tell me this as well. How much CTC can I ask for considering the accommodation?

Considering all your current benefits, asking for 8-9 LPA makes sense to keep your lifestyle intact in Noida.
