Hi All, With 3.7 years of experience, I’ve secured two offers: Licious: ₹19.95L base + ₹1.05L bonus + ₹2L stocks (vested over 4 years) = Total ₹21.5L for the first year. Franklin Templeton: ₹27L base + ₹1.45L PF + ₹2.7L variable = Total ~₹31L for the first year. Should I choose Licious for its startup growth opportunities or Franklin for stability and higher pay? Would love your thoughts!

Licious might offer rapid learning and career growth, but Franklin Templeton comes with financial security. So it depend on what you want more right now?

If you’re planning to switch in a couple of years, Franklin might boost your market value faster. If you want to build something exciting, Licious could be the way.

Franklin Templeton’s brand name could help future job opportunities. But if Licious grows big, early employees will have a great advantage!
