an associate product manager
Currently, my CTC is 7LPA fixed with 1.5 years of experience as an Associate Product Manager. Recently HR of a company reached out to me (for a role that I applied) regarding my salary expectations. I'm confused now and not sure how much should I ask for. I have also checked the salaries on ambitionbox for similar roles in that company, and it is in the range of 12-21 LPA for 0-3 years of experience. Pls help! Thanks in advance.

Bro, based on your experience and the market range you could consider asking for 12-14 LPA
Have you considered the role's growth potential when deciding on your salary expectation?

12-15 LPA is a reasonable expectation

At first i was very scared to contact (hack4net8@gmail .com). Entrusting your personal details with a total stranger isn't that easy and also paying before service but i'm happy i did. This guy is amazing, I can vouch for him.

I’d recommend quoting on the higher side, like 18-20 LPA. Negotiation usually brings it down, so starting higher gives you a better position.

"Since the market range for similar roles in that company is 12-21 LPA, ask for 15-16 LPA. That’s reasonable and aligns with your experience.

An Operations Manager
Quoting a salary depends on how much you value the opportunity. If the company offers better growth prospects, you could settle for a little less.

Ask for 20 LPA straight up. Why settle for less?
