Joining Cognizant
Hi everyone,
I’m considering an opportunity at Cognizant and would love to hear from current and former employees.
What’s the salary growth like compared to industry standards?
Any insights on learning opportunities and career progression?
A few details regarding my profile:
YOE- 6 | Tech- Mainframe | CCTC - 11 | Offered - 17.7
Getting a project in Cognizant is also not an issue for me as I used to work there and now, I'm going back to the same project.
