What should be the right salary
A person having 15 years of experience and fully technical background with cloud technology, hands on both architecture and coding. what is the expected salary or the correct salary should be for this person? This is for India and location is not an issue so you can mention locationwise salary too.

Big tech hubs like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Delhi-NCR tend to pay more, sometimes even offering 50-70 lakhs per year for top talent. In smaller cities, you might see salaries around 25-40 lakhs per year

Based on the information you have given, if you have done tech for the past 15 years, I would guess min 80 LPA in any tech company.

I tried to talk with the HR of my current company. HR is ready to give the "buy out" option and I am also ok with it.
