Hello everyone,
First of all I am new here,
History - I have done BE and have 1 year experience in sql support job in finance sector now recently joined in IT company (Australia based)as sql support with 3.5lpa. Wanting to switch into Business analyst role.
Question - currently working on my BA skills from online courses and wanted to switch in 1 year again , give me your suggestion. Switch company or switch department in same company also please please mention what I ask for salary in switch company and switch department condition.

If switching externally, you can target 6-8 LPA after 1 year. For an internal move, 20-30% hike is reasonable.
